These terms govern your use of the Jskilz Cargo website and shipping services. By booking a shipment or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Our services
Jskilz Cargo provides freight forwarding, courier delivery, warehousing and customs brokerage. Individual shipments are additionally governed by the applicable waybill terms and the conventions of the transport mode used (air, sea, road or rail).
2. Booking & payment
Rates quoted are all-in unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due under the agreed credit terms; late payment may pause in-transit services. Fuel and security factors applied at booking will not change after confirmation.
3. Prohibited goods
You may not ship dangerous, illegal or restricted items without prior written approval and correct documentation. We may inspect, hold or refuse any cargo that violates these rules.
4. Liability & insurance
Carrier liability is limited per kilogram under the governing convention unless declared value cover is purchased at booking. Claims must be filed within 21 days of delivery; concealed damage within 7 days of receipt.
5. Tracking & notifications
Tracking updates are provided in good faith from network scans. While we aim for real-time accuracy, events may occasionally be delayed between remote checkpoints.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation. Content is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
