How we use it
To provide quotes, move shipments, send transactional notifications about your deliveries (booking confirmations, status updates, delivery proof), answer inquiries, and improve our services. We never sell personal data to third parties.
Email notifications
Shipping activity generates automated emails via our notification provider. These are service messages essential to your shipment rather than marketing, so they are sent whenever your shipment status changes. Newsletter emails stop immediately on unsubscribe.
Data retention & security
Records are kept only as long as required for operations, accounting and legal compliance. Access is restricted by role, transmitted over encrypted connections and protected against unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@jskilzweb.online. We respond within 30 days.
