Frequently asked questions

Everything about tracking, rates, insurance and integration. Can’t find your answer? Our team replies within hours.

Tracking
Enter your tracking number in any search bar on this site or on the Track Shipment page. You will instantly see the current status, latest location, route progress and a full timestamped history of every scan from pickup to delivery.
Booked means we have your order. Picked Up confirms collection. In Transit shows cargo moving between hubs. Customs Clearance means brokers are clearing it through borders. Out for Delivery is on the final vehicle, and Delivered shows signed proof of delivery.
First check with household members or a mailroom — our drivers capture a signature and photo on delivery. If it still cannot be located within 24 hours, contact support and we will open a trace immediately.
Shipping & Rates
Express parcels go up to 70 kg per piece. Freight services handle full containers up to roughly 30 tonnes and consolidated (LCL) cargo of any size below that. For project or oversized cargo, contact us for a custom plan.
Rates combine actual weight, volumetric weight, distance, service level and fuel factors. We quote all-in — no surprise surcharges after booking — and volume shippers receive tiered discounts automatically.
Both. Anyone can book an express delivery online, while freight customers get named account managers, credit terms and API access.
Yes, for most services before the out-for-delivery stage. Contact support with your tracking number; address changes may adjust the delivery date slightly depending on destination.
Insurance & Claims
Every shipment includes base coverage automatically. At booking you can add all-risk protection up to $100,000 per shipment, and enterprise accounts include enhanced cover as standard.
Use the File a Claim link in the footer or reply to any of our emails with your tracking number, photos and invoice value. Claims are acknowledged within one business day and typically resolved within 10 working days.
Integration & Business
Yes. Our REST API lets you create shipments, generate labels and pull tracking events; webhooks push every status change to your systems in real time. Native connectors exist for Shopify, SAP, Oracle and NetSuite.
We operate bonded and standard facilities across 85 locations with pick-and-pack fulfilment, returns processing and live inventory dashboards synced to your store or ERP.
